There is nothing better than a warm bowl of delicious beef stew during these cool fall and winter months.

2½ lbs beef cubes
8 med potatoes (peeled and quartered)
8 large carrots (cut into chunks)
2 bay leaves
1 pkg dried onion soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
In a large crock pot, layer beef, potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle onion soup, bay leaves and cover soups and sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
