Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
Once preheated place butter in 13 x 9 baking pan, and place in oven until butter is melted.
Wash your potatoes, cut your potatoes into chunks. Remember: The larger you make them the longer you have to cook them. Place your chucked potatoes into a bowl (make sure if you use a bowl you can place a lid on top) or in a gallon plastic bag, Pour in the Parmesan Cheese and flour, You can also add seasoning your liking, I add garlic salt, Onion powder, and pepper. One to two teaspoons of each. Shake potatoes until evenly coated. Once potatoes are coated, Place them in the pan that the butter was melted in.
Bake on 400 for an hour stirring every 15 minutes. Potatoes will become golden brown.
