1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 cup deli ham, sliced thick and then cubed (or leftover Easter ham)
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lb. penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
