1 tablespoon butter
1 (5 oz.) package pink salmon (skinless, boneless)
2 - 9inch ready made pie crusts
1 egg

For the sauce
1/2 cup Chobani greek yogurt, plain
1/3 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
