Light meringue cake with fresh blueberries!

10 Egg whites
2,5 cup white sugar
7 teaspoon corn starch
2 teaspoon lemon juice
300g Mascarpone cheese
500g Whipping cream (35%)
3/4 cup icing sugar
200g Fresh blueberries
Warm up your oven to 350F Draw 6 circles (18cm, 15cm, 13cm, 10cm, 8cm, 5cm) on parchment paper Turn around parchment paper with circles and place it on a tray Meringue: *Put egg whites (room temperature) to the mixer *Beat whites on high speed and add sugar spoon by spoon, until sugar is dissolved *Reduce speed to medium and add corn starch and lemon juice *Ready when the mass will be paid and shiny *Put all mas to the pastry bag *Make 6 meringue circles on parchment paper * The rest of your mass use to make small meringues *Reduce heat to 220F and bake until it will dry (2 hours) * Cooled meringue take off the paper Cream: *Mix Mascarpone cheese with icing sugar *Beat Whipping cream, add mascarpone, and mix it Build your tower with meringues, cream, and berries.
