2 cups Bob\'s Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal
4 cups water
1 cup whole milk (or skim)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 1/2 cups freshly diced strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry jelly
more peanuts and sliced strawberries for garnish
