PB Rice Krispie Treats (Scotcharoos)

1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup nuts (optional)
3 cups Rice Krispies (without nuts, use 4 cups)
1 cup choclalte chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
Put sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil for 2 - 3 minutes. Then add the peanut butter and combine. Stir in rice krispies and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan with parchment paper. Add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips to the top and smooth when melted. Let it cool completely (30 minutes in fridge) and cut into bars.
