Peach Almond Smoothie

This delicious, not-too-sweet smoothie has plenty of protein and calcium making it perfect for breakfast--or anytime you need an energy boost!

1 cup almond milk (or vanilla almond milk)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches (about 2 peaches)
2 tsp. almond butter
2 tsp. honey
dash of cinnamon
Put all ingredients in a blender. Cover. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
