Peach and almond crumble

A very yummy peach and almond crumble that will soon become a family favourite.

400 g of canned peaches in juice
80 g of plain flour
50 g butter
50 g fine oats
25 g ground almonds
50 g almond flakes
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Drain the peaches and tip them in a baking dish. Sprinkle 25 g of almond flakes and 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar on top. Cut the butter in cubes and rub it into the flour...
