Peach Cake with Cinnamon Glaze

This cake is a delicious and unique way to use up peaches...yum!

Cake:
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into 1" chunks
1 cup pureed peaches

Cinnamon Glaze:
1/3 cup finely pureed peaches
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans
