Putting together baggies of fruit and storing in the freezer can cut your time when preparing smoothies. And by using frozen fruit, your smoothie will be nice and thick without watering it down with ice. Recently I found a deal at Kroger where you buy 5 items and save $5. Frozen fruit was included. I was so excited to stock up on a variety of choices. By dividing the fruit up into individual bags, I can quickly pull a bag and throw it in the blender with liquid and other add-ins for a quick b

1 packet Brown Sugar and Maple Syrup Instant Oatmeal
2 scoops protein powder
1c. Almond Milk
1 packet Brown Sugar and Maple Syrup Instant Oatmeal

1c. Almond Milk
Measure Almond Milk into the blender and add oatmeal. Pulse for a couple seconds. Let this mixture sit for 4-5 minutes to soften the oatmeal. Add protein powder and peaches and pulse on high until well blended.
