Peach Raspberry Frozen Greek Yogurt Smoothie
125
Frozen fruit and frozen Greek yogurt make a speedy, refreshing smoothie in minutes! Perfect for relaxing on a hot Summer afternoon or evening, it also goes great with brunch!
2
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
1/2 cup Honey nonfat Greek frozen yogurt
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
1/2 cup Honey nonfat Greek frozen yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.
I use 2% milk but you can use nonfat, whole milk etc. whatever you like. You may also want to add a small amount of sugar or other sweetener of your choice if the smoothie is not quite sweet enough for you - just taste test before pouring into glasses and blend in some sugar if necessary. The raspberries can be strong in flavor so you may also want to start with 1/4 cup and add the remaining raspberries if you don't think there's enough raspberries in it.
