I absolutely love Peach Cobbler! It is one of my favorite desserts to make all year long. Every summer I make Peach Cobbler at least a few times. It is really a easy and cheap dessert when peaches are in season and the rest of the year you can make Peach Cobbler with frozen peaches and it tastes just as yummy! This year I bought a bunch of peaches on sale and froze them with just this recipe in mind to make later.

Filling:
1/3 c sugar
4 tsp. corn starch
1/2 c water
4 c sliced peaches
Topping
1 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c milk
1/4 c softened butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c sugar
4 tsp. corn starch
1/2 c water
4 c sliced peaches
Topping
1 c flour
1/4 c sugar
