Super soft giant peanut butter cookie filled with raspberry filling!

1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/4 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1/2 can of raspberry pie filling
