Peanut Butter & Jelly Granola Bars are crunchy, creamy, and sweet. These require 5 ingredients and less than 5 minutes to whip up. The whole family will love them!

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups quick cook oats
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup trail mix (or 1/3 cup honey roasted peanuts, 1/3 cup peanut butter chips, 1/3 cup crasins or other dehydrated fruit of your choice)

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
