1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal, quick oats
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ c. apples, peeled and chopped into ½" pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
½ c. creamy peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
