2 lb (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup chicken broth
¼ cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground ginger

For the sauce:
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
