Easy peanut butter baked oatmeal topped with honey and chocolate chips is the way to start out every day.

3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup milk ( fat free )
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips + more for garnish
