Easy, delicious and chewy cake mix cookies with peanut butter and chocolate chips.

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk chocolate chips
