Classic coffee cake gets taken to a whole new level with a peanut butter filling and peanut butter oat crumble topping!

For the Cake
2 C all-purpose flour or white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ C unsalted butter, softened
¾ C sugar
2 eggs
1½ C milk
1½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Filling
¼ C all-purpose flour
¼ C brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
For the Crumb Topping
½ C rolled oats
½ C all-purpose flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
