Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Surprise

Here is another cookie creation to share. It is a double chocolate chip cookie with a peanut butter cup surprise.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
