Mini brownie bites stuffed with peanut butter cups and topped with a toasted marshmallow for fun and delicious twist on s'mores.

1 box brownie mix (9x13 pan size)
1/4 cup butter ( melted )
1 egg
4 ounces cream cheese ( softened )
36 miniature white chocolate Peanut Butter Cups ( unwrapped )
18 large marshmallows ( cut in half )

Mix together the brownie mix, butter, and egg. Add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes. Roll into 36 brownie balls. Use baking spray on your hands to keep it...
