Peanut Butter Granola
This granola is easy and delicious. The peanut butter makes it even better. Who doesn't love peanut butter? Plus, you could even make it in the microwave if you're pressed for time.
2
2 tbsp peanut butter (Add another tbsp or so if you want a stronger pb flavor)
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
1 cup rolled oats
Add the peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk to a bowl and microwave for 20-30 seconds until the peanut butter is melted. Mix until combined. Pour in the oats and stir they're coated.
In the oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment or spray with non-stick spray. Spread oat mixture on the tray and bake for 15 minutes or until the oats are golden brown. Let granola cool completely before eating.
In the microwave: Spread oat mixture onto a microwaveable plate sprayed with non-stick spray. Microwave for 2-4 minutes (mine took 2) or until the mixture has dried out. Make sure to stir every 30 seconds or so or it'll burn. Let cool completely before eating.
