Hearty peanut butter muffins topped with a buttery oat crumble!

¼ C white whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 C quick or old-fashioned oats
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ C honey
½ C no-stir natural creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp Rich & Creamy Melt Organic or butter, melted and cooled
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumb Topping
6 tbsp quick oats
¼ C white whole wheat or all-purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
