Peanut Butter & Pickle Sandwich

Although it sounds weird, the sweet and sour combination is delicious and worth a try.

2 slices of bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
Pickle slices
First, toast your bread if you want. Spread with peanut butter and layer one slice of bread with as many pickle slices as you want and assemble. I recommend using only sour pickles and not sweet ones. It would clash with the taste of the peanut butter. Be sure to use crunchy ones, too. Soggy pickles kind of ruin the sandwich in my experience. Don’t be hesitant to try it! It’s really good and it’s my go-to meal when I’m too lazy to cook. Something different from boring PB&J sandwiches.

Similar to an elevated mimosa, the Blood and Sand cocktail combines fresh blood orange juice, sweet Vermouth and cherry liqueur to create a unique and refreshing cocktail.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/4 oz Blended Scotch
1/4 oz Blood Orange juice ( Freshly squeezed. Regular orange juice is an okay substitute. )
1/4 oz Cocchi Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Heering Cherry liqueur
1 Blood orange ( Peel or slice for garnish )
1 Cherry ( Luxardo or aged )
