Peanut butter cheesecakes loaded with Peanut Butter Cups inside and on top

2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
16 regular Reeses Peanut Butter cups
16 miniature Reeses Peanut Butter cups

1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. chocolate chips
