Pear, Blue Cheese, Pecan and Mixed Green Salad

1 bag mixed greens
2 Medium pears (thinly sliced)
1/3 cup roasted pecans (chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
2oz blue cheese
1/4 cup apple juice (sugar free)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup bacon (optional) (if you want a protein)
Dressing: In a medium bowl mix apple juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and black pepper. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Drizzle lightly over salad before serving...
