Pear, Gouda and Hazelnut Spinach Salad

A delicious spinach salad that combines pear, Gouda, toasted hazelnuts and pomegranate seeds, tossed in a tangy vinaigrette

Vinaigrette
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp dijon
salt & pepper to taste

Salad
1 5 oz {140g} bag of baby spinach
1 pear, cubed
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Gouda cheese, cubed
Shake together all vinaigrette ingredients. Combine all salad ingredients and toss in dressing. Serve immediately.
