Pear, Prosciutto And Arugula Salad

This grilled pear, prosciutto, feta and arugula salad has a great balance of sweet, salty, and tart.

1½ cups baby arugula, loosely packed (more or less, as desired)
4 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces
1 firm pear, sliced ? inch thick
? cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ toasted pecans, chopped
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 tablespoons honey, to taste
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
