Pecan Pie and chocolate brioche come together in a decadent holiday dessert

6 cups of day old bread {I used chocolate brioche}
1 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 eggs
4 tbsp butter {melted}
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups of halved pecan
