Uh oh…this could be addictive. It’s another one of my late-night concoctions and it doesn’t disappoint– this festive bowl of Christmas fun was a big hit in my house.

2 quarts popped popcorn
12 oz white candy melts
1 1/2 tsp peppermint oil
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 candy canes, crushed
