Peppery Arugula Pasta

Light and flavorful, a great component to a citrus or salty main dish.

6 ounces pasta of choice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh arugula
