5 1/2 pound pot roast
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 oz) package of dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup beef broth
3/4 cup water
4 large carrots, chopped
1-2 russet potatoes, chopped or 4-5 small red potatoes chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup green beans.
