Persian lamb stuffed potato cakes

These Persian lamb stuffed potato cakes are a delicious combination of soft mashed potato around a spiced lamb filling. A great snack or part of mezze plate.

2lb/900g yellow potatoes
1½oz/42g pine nuts
1½tbsp flour
2tbsp olive oil, divided, or more as needed
1 small red onion, finely diced
½lb/225g ground lamb/lamb mince
1tsp ground cinnamon
¼tsp ground allspice or cloves
¼tsp ground cardamon
3tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1tbsp tomato paste/puree
Seasoned yogurt for dipping (optional) -
¼cup/4tbsp Greek yogurt
?tsp garlic pepper (or half each pepper and dried garlic)
?tsp ground cumin

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
