This sandwich is amazing! It’s quick and guaranteed to satisfy you and your taste buds…oh and the family too! This Pesto Rotisserie Chicken Panini is made with fresh, homemade pesto, rotisserie chicken and Fontina cheese!

2 cups basil leaves
2 large gloves of garlic
2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup virgin olive oil (may need to add a little more after it's blended)
Salt to taste
*Sandwich:*
