An easy to prepare dip that's a cross between pimento cheese and my Neiman Marcus dip. Loaded with bacon, pecans and Monterey Jack cheese.

• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 4 oz. pimento peppers, drained
• ¾ cup pecan halves, toasted
