This again, was so good! Sides were rice and carrots! I am not going to lie here, Kroger has the pineapple salsa already made in the produce section, and usually you can get it on sale. I just dumped that over the porkloin. These are the ingredients on the container

3-5lb pork loin
1/2 c pineapple bits
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 med sweet white onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
salt and pepper

Place porkloin in crockpot fat side up
Chop all other ingredients and mix in small bowl and pour over porkloin
I added about 1/2 cup chicken broth although it will make its own juices.
Cook on low 6-8 hours
