1/2 cup Brown Sugar
8 oz can Crushed Pineapple or Pineapple Tidbits, drained
2/3 cups Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Shortening
6 Tbsp. Milk
3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
8 oz can Crushed Pineapple or Pineapple Tidbits, drained
2/3 cups Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Shortening
6 Tbsp. Milk
3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners.
In a small bowl, microwave butter until melted, then mix in brown sugar.
