A melt-in-your-mouth cookie with a creamy cream cheese filling and a white chocolate drizzle.

1 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (3.4 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. finely chopped pecans, for rolling

Filling:
1 Tbl. unsalted butter, softened
2 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
a little milk, only if needed

White Chocolate Drizzle:
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening
