A bagel with pizza toppings on it and an egg to make it a breakfast meal.

2 tablespoons pizza sauce
2 ounces mozzarella cheese
3 fresh jalapeño slices
3 slices of turkey pepperoni
2 eggs
black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400º F. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
Cut the bagel in half and place in prepared baking dish. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
