Pizza Calzones

I'm not sure if your homes are the same, but for some reason when I make calzones they're viewed as way more special than "ordinary" homemade pizza. Maybe pizza is more fun to eat in the shape of a calzone? Maybe it looks more appealing this way? Whatever the reason, these are fun, easy, and always a huge hit!

Dough for one large pizza
1 pckg. pepperonis
1 lb. Italian sausage or pork sausage
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (4oz) can olives, drained and chopped (optional)
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 pckg. pepperonis

Prepare dough for one large pizza crust.
