Taste test approved! These super easy, pizza flavored potato bites will be a huge hit at any casual gathering!

8 large potatoes, sliced

1/4 cup butter, melted

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, if you like a little spice

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 green pepper, very finely diced

1/2 cup diced pepperoni

1 can of sliced black olives

These easy shrimp rolls are a delicious lunch or dinner when served alongside coleslaw, potato chips, hush puppies or pickles!
