Polenta Cake with Orange Syrup

A Cake made with Polenta and an option of Spelt Flour or Cake Flour, with a sticky rich Orange Syrup.

CAKE:

1 1/3 cups Caster Sugar
3 Extra-Large Eggs
3 TB Butter, melted
2/3 cup Flour {you can use Spelt Flour here}
2/3 cup Polenta
1/2 packet (50g) Ground Almonds
1/2 TB Baking Powder
1/3 cup Plain Yoghurt
1 t Fresh Rosemary, chopped finely

ORANGE SYRUP

2 TB Honey
Grated Rind and Juice of 1 Orange
1/2 cup Caster Sugar
Almond Flakes, to decorate {optional}
