A shake that tastes like pop-tarts blended up without the processed and unhealthy ingredients (or the calories).

½ cup Chobani vanilla 0% Greek yogurt
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, can sub another milk
3 tbsp. strawberry protein powder
1 frozen banana
½ cup- 1 cup ice, depending on the desired thickness
½ tsp. truvia, can sub another sweetener
½ tsp. butter extract
Optional: ½ tsp. nonpareil sprinkles, 1 Special K Strawberry Pastry Crisp
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, can sub another milk
3 tbsp. strawberry protein powder
1 frozen banana
½ cup- 1 cup ice, depending on the desired thickness
½ tsp. truvia, can sub another sweetener
½ tsp. butter extract
Optional: ½ tsp. nonpareil sprinkles, 1 Special K Strawberry Pastry Crisp
Combine yogurt, milk, protein powder, frozen banana, truvia, butter extract, and ice. Blend until smooth.
If desired, add Pastry Crisp and pulse in blender.*
Stir in sprinkles and enjoy immediately.
