1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, diced
1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
3 tbsp flour
1/4 C Cold Water
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 tbsp Poppyseeds
2 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 C Ritz Cracker Crumbs, Crushed Corn Flakes, or Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper tt
