1 pound ground turkey
1 pkg beef flavored rice cooked to package directions
1 small yellow onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 jar spaghettic sauce
1 egg
2 pieces bread toasted

Zoodles:

2 medium zucchini
2 Tbs olive oil
