Pork Chili in the Ninja

A perfect chili for leftover pork.

1 can green chilis
3 tsp minced garlic
3-4 cups shredded or chopped pork
1 onion, diced
1 can Rotel tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
1 can red beans, drained
1 can light kidney beans, drained
2 tsp ground cumin
1 cup instant rice
1. In the Ninja, combine everything but the rice. Cook on stovetop low for about an hour or heated through, barely boiling. 2. 30 minutes before serving, add the rice. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with sour cream. Serve with garlic bread.
