2 cups cubed fully cooked ham 3 cups cubed cooked potatoes aight hard cooked eggs 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 1 and 1/2 cup sour cream fourth teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup of butter
in a saucepan over medium heat melt butter stir in flour salt and pepper until smooth cook and stir 1-2 mins. remove from heat stir in sour cream and cheese cook and stir over low heat just until cheese is melted (mixture will be thick) remove from heat stir in eggs potatoes and ham transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 mins. Or until bubbly and edges are golden
