A hearty classic soup that will fill you up with chunks of potato, slivers of bacon, and corn dashed throughout.

2 large russet potatoes
½ lb bacon, cooked
3 ears corn
3 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 onion
3 cloves garlic

Prepare the veg: chop potatoes into large chunks. Cut the corn off the cob. Dice the onions, celery, and carrots. Mince the garlic.
