Everywhere I look lately I see pretzel rolls, and they've quickly become my new favorite type of bread for sandwiches, burgers, or to eat just plain!

1 ½ cup warm water
1 package or 1 Tbsp active dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup baking soda
1 egg, lightly beaten

Line two cookie sheet pans with parchment paper.
